Ticket Terms and Conditions - This round trip ticket acts as a receipt for the holder’s initial trip and a return ticket, regardless of initial direction (to holder’s vessel or to the launch dock). Tickets are nonrefundable once purchased. Launch captains reserve the right to refuse service to any customer if they deem their behavior to be disruptive, in any manner, to the driver or other customers. Customers are not permitted to have open containers of alcohol on the Launch at any time. Launch operational hours are subject to change.
